Is it just me or is the site incredibly slow? Firstly I get the problems on my laptop (about 2 months old) when using Internet Explorer. I can access all other websites with no problems, but for some reason MSE loads so slowly the pages crash, the "thank you" button doesn't work, and the only way to get it to load is to completely come out of internet explorer and reload. When you have to do this several times in one evening it stops being fun!!Any help would be gratefully received.

it has been pretty slow for about 60-75 % of the time I have been using it but no lately it has actually been a lot quicker - only just realised when you posed the question

Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying

I'm using Safari on the Mac, and the site has always been slow for me.

Sometimes it hangs and I get the spinning beachball of death, but it usually sorts itself out.
