Esure - Proof of NCB

I've recently reimbursed Esure for a small claim on my car insurance from 2005 which was greatly affecting my renewal quotes. Esure told me that by reimbursing them this would close the claim and my 7 years No Claims Bonus would be reinstated. I've received confirmation that the claim is now "notification only" but I've now written to them 3 times asking for proof of NCB but haven't had a single reply! :mad:

Esure's customer service is bloody useless & no one wants to deal with an expired policy but I need to send proof to each subsequent insurer since being insured with Esure to get proof from each that my NCB has been reinstated so I can then get & send up-to-date proof from my last insurer to my new insurer.

Is there anything else I can do to get what I need form Esure??
