Goldfish Credit Card Cheques...confused

Back a few months ago I was sent cheques to use on my Goldfish account and they were offering a promotional rate for 6 months from the date they were presented.

Now I thought they had to be presented by 30th November to attract the promotional rate but when speaking to goldfish last night they said the cheques had to be presented by 31st december....checked this morning and was again told the 31st december.

Can any mser confirm this as I don't want to do something which will cost me alot more money when I'm trying to cut down the aprs!

Didn't they come with any T&C's or accompanying letter?

Rather than speaking to them on the phone, and in the absence of either of the above, would you be better to get an answer to your question in writing from Goldfish?

Do Goldfish have a secure messaging facility? Or have you time to write to them?

They did come with a letter with all the details but unfortunately I shreded the letter....I know I know!

However at the time I did post on here at the time and I posted that the cheques had to be used by November 30th.

So I guess for the sake of 30 days I'm not going to run the risk....
