Sound Clips

Can anyone please help me, I am trying to set up a new theme on my pc for hubby so that when we turn the pc on there is a sound clip playing. The sound clip we want is currently in an archived file and I dont know where to send it or how to set up the pc so that it is running when it is turned on, if you get what I mean, I am using Xp.

Do this, Start, Control Panel, Sounds Speech and Audio Devices,
Change the Sound Scheme, Scroll Down to Start Windows, Click on
that once to highlight, then click on browse, locate your file, the click
Ok then OK, dont use a massive file or windows will take a long time to start up.0 -

having done this, any ideas or is it possible to transfer these sound clips to a ringtone to my mobile??...I am so useless with modern technology lol...0

You need a Data Cable with the software to hook your Phone
upto your PC and then upload the Clip to the Phone.
