Capped gas and electric

Hi I have both gas and electric prepayment meters fitted due to debt owing, on moving into the property Npower told me estimated payment for direct debit each month, so I paid it each month, then to be given a huge bill as I apparently should have been paying alot more even though it was Npower who told me amount to pay each month originally:eek:. Anyway does anybody know if you can still have capped rate when you have the meters in, also with the debt on them? many thanx

Not as far as I know.

Next to no chance unfortunately. I think you'd be lucky to get a fixed price even if you're on receipt of bill.
