Hi
I've got a computer with an AMD Athlon XP 3000 + (2.17GHZ) and i will have 1 GB memory + 110GB memory.
I have looked at the minimum specification but do you think this is enough to run Vista Premium comfortably?
Many thanks

Yeah, it'll be OK. If you know someone with a Vista installation DVD, you can install Vista without entering a key and it'll effectively give you a 30 day trial.0

yes although you may want to invest in another stick of ram unless all you do is word process and web browsing0

You can run it, wether you really want to is another question - even on a much better spec computer than yours it's still a carp OS.0

Try running the Vista upgrade advisor:

2gb ram is best but if you've got a usb flash stick you can see if ReadyBoost helps speed things up.0

You know iv tried 3 different pen drives all different sizes (512, 2GB and 16 GB) and never got readyboot to work. My device is never fast enough.
Anways, it will run but you wont get the Aero theme to its full. But the question is, do you really want Vista ?Rules, Rules, Rules .....0
