Entered my details about a month ago plus requested a catalogue and so far (1) no emails (2) no catalogue. Oh yes, I did get one email asking me to take part in a survey asking me what I thought of the whole Kaleidescope request-a-catalogue "customer experience" - had great fun with that one.
