Biasi Boiler Fault! going mental!

I've had problems with my Biasi boiler for about 9 months. The landlord has sent about 10 different engineers round to look at it, including the guys from Biasi. They have gone through their 'checklists' and tried 'everything' so they say

the problemm being, it cuts out - pretty much every day! it supplies my central heating and my hot water, so when it cuts out i have neither - which is just 'great' seeing as i have to young children who constantly need washing lol! and all the plates they use

All the landlord keeps regurgitating to me is "well they said it's working" or "it works when they're here"

i dunno what to do - every time it cuts out i have to call him and all he has to do it take the front cover off and hey presto - next time you reset it, it fires up! what the hell is wrong with it

its only 2 years old and he keeps whinging on that it shouldnt be failing yet

It may be only 2 years old but that doesn't mean it isn't faulty!

The next time it happens, I would call the landlord, regardless of what time it is, and ask him to come and see for himself.

he came back tonight - its being replaced on 21st July altho the engineers still say 'theres nothing wrong'

i like to see them live in my shoes for a day and tell me there's nothing wrong then!

9 months of waiting - they should have changed it when it first broke in my opinion....
