Day's Parking At Stansted - please help

Anyone know of any discount codes for Stansted? I have to fly across the country later this week just for 24 hours to get the keys for our new rented home (we are relocating), taking my 2 year old. The flight comes back at 10pm and so I'm scared that if it is delayed we'll be stranded at Stansted unless we take the car. In any case, dragging a sleeping toddler into and across London at night on the train (s) will be a nightmare so i have to do it. Trouble is, even midstay is £25 - for a DAY!!!! Please help me get the cost down....:A

Go to the long stay
it`s a rip-off £8-10 but still cheaper than the mid.

The linked website won't let me through - it just goes back to BAA's page and the 25 or 54 pound options...0

You can pay on the gate0

I know it says 45 mins on their website, but how long does it actually take to get to the terminal?0

i went a few weeks ago - for the day. i always use the long stay and it has never taken me 45 mins to get to the terminal. a lot will depend on how long you wait for a bus, but the bus journey can't be more than 15 mins. i'd give yourself 45 mins just in case, but that's an absolute maximum.I know it says 45 mins on their website, but how long does it actually take to get to the terminal?:happyhear0 -
oh - and check which coloured section of the carpark you park in as there are different buses for each section when you're going back.:happyhear0

I know the link doesn`t let you make a booking,I was just showing you the day rate.
At one time you could log-in to the site and pre-book for just one day at £6-30 but they`ve stopped that now
I wonder why?
Just turn up at the long stay.0 -
