Would this be weird?

We are planning a new kitchen by knocking through into the utility room and existing downstairs loo as per previous threads.
To create more space for kitchen cupboards we are thinking of relocating the washing machine and tumble dryer into a new cupboard to be built in our new downstairs cloakroom.
would people think it odd to have the washer and dryer in the downstairs wc? the alternative is to keep them in the kitchen but they are not integrated, so it would be tricky to hide them away and obviously takes up space.

In the past week have seen a purpose built cupboard in a new Conseratory
( they call it a breakfast room
) and a washer with a tumble dryer above, sitting next to a fridge above a freezer in a small downstairs cloaks.:D
Lack of space combined with more 'machines' need new idea's :rolleyes:0
