Has anyone had any joy with Travelodge refunds.......
I have 5 days booked next week but due to unforseen circumstances I have to cancel nights 3-4 although nights 1, 2 & 5 will remain. The room rate was £49 which I thought would eb refundable but it appears not.
Has anyone phoned / emailed them and managed to negoiate a refund?

It depends whether you booked a flexible rate or a saver rate. The latter(which can be as much as £59) are not refundable.
The former are refundable - for partial cancellation of a multi-night stay they advise you to e-mail customer services. Or you can do it on arrival at the hotel0 -
Thanks, it was the saver rate thou. So looks like I'm snookered.
Has anyone fought with CS for a refund on Saver bookings?0 -
