Monsoon card - cover against price drops?

Hi -

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I'm considering applying for a Monsoon store card. I always pay in full, so some of the benefits might suit me

It used to be that if you bought something at full price form Monsoon on the card and it was then reduced, you would get the difference (effectively only paying the sale price :beer:)

There is no mention of this anywhere on the website or leaflet from the store. I've rung the helpline this morning (got through to a call centre in India) who told me (after several attempts to explain my query) that one account gives the difference back if the price is reduced within 100 days, and another account does it regardless of how much later the price is reduced.

Seems odd to me that they don't publicise that.

So, does anyone know what benefits this card comes with? I don't want the credit check to be wasted if this cover no longer applies :money: :money:

And yet they told me 30 minutes ago that it still applies. :rolleyes:

They dropped this benefit about 2 or 3 years ago , but now they have started sending out VIP vouchers by email if you register with their website. They sent out a 25% off voucher by email just over 2 months ago, which was valid for about a week.
