Can any one tell me whether Flas cards for the DS (Such as the R4 revolution, NDTTS and Top Toy) invalidate the Nintendo Warranty?

Flashcards are not endorsed by Nintendo so Nintendo does not favour the use of them.
Using them will not harm the Ds in any way. The Ds is the hardware and the games are the software so the worst thing that will happen is the flashcards stop working, I've never come across any of the software affecting the perfomance of the actual Ds.
So as for the 'Nintendo Warranty' this covers the DS only.
