I have just checked a flight for two weeks return for a family of 4 (1 infant) to ATL return from LAX. The price was $1899 which is approx £900, if you choose to go to the UK site it sends you to KLM and the exact same flights come up at £1495
I went back to NWA and checked the T's and c's and there seems to be no restriction on a UK resident buying from their US site.
Has anyone any ideas regarding this? I mean obviously £500 is quite a saving, but can i expect to turn up at the airport and get shafted?

You MAY find that your card gets rejected on the US site so that you can't actually buy the tickets.
If you do manage to buy them there shouldn't be any problems0 -
I don't know about NWA but I recently bought flights from Delta priced in USD. I bought the flights via cheaptickets.com (an American site), but they just forwarded my Visa card details to Delta who charged me directly.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0
