Dear Hecate,

Thank you for all your emails. We are sorry to hear that you have not received a response but due to the huge volume of emails that we receive on a daily basis it is not always possible to respond to everyone personally.

Unfortunately due to unexpected staff absence last week we had problems updating the Daily Quiz. We are therefore resting the daily quiz and a number of other features for the foreeable future until such issues are settled and we are hoping to bring you new quizzes and competitions later this year.

Can you help here? This is about the sudden death of the Daily Quiz.

I have emailed several times via 'Contact Us' to a deathly silence. On
Wednesday there was no Wednesday clue until late in the day. The same thing happened on Thursday. Now here we are on Saturday late morning and we STILL have no Friday clue. Any help would be much appreciated.

And why does nobody respond from 'Contact Us'????
