Is there a real last minute bargain holiday?

Hi Im looking for a real last mintue holiday bargain site , europe mainly , but if cheap enough anywhere english speaking without a visa needed.

IS there such a thing anymore , last minute dot com just aint that much of a bargain....

what im after is really last minute , ie same week , perhaps even up to 1 day before.For the pedantic I know thats not exactly last minute but neither is a month to 2 months.

i have had some great bargains from teletext holidays online

last month i booked 10 days in club cojimar in cuba for 10 days all inclusive total price for me and the wife was 852 that included all transfers, the holiday was actually from thomas cook and in the brochure the holiday for 7 days was 779 per person

Depends when you are travelling-not so much July and August -much more so in June as none of the schools in England have broken up (Scotland I believe is June) so the demand is higher.
Never say never but it's definitely harder.
