I got to admit that i think this has been handled badly but surely your boss and customer realise that BR is not something you go running into and that you only do it as a last resort.

I have really found out who my friends are through my BR and if i had customers who got funny about something like this i would be more than happy not to deal with them anymore to be honest.

You have done what you have had to do to get on with your life so dont let anyone get you down for trying to move forward.

They can never say that would not be in that situation as with the way this country is heading at the moment there will be many other people going BR in the not to distant future.

Well it was a risk of going Br and too late to do anything about. You could complain but doubt it would be of any use.

Maybe you can not send him all the stuff they want for your interview, then when they ask where it is, just say "sorry, admin error" just make them look up the info themselves.
