iphone problems

i have an unlocked iphone, try to use internet on it and get sky wireless, which we're on, but asking for password. never used to do this. so now no EDGE any advice thanks

    If you've got WPA or WEP encryption on the router, it'll ask for the WEP/WPA key when connecting.

    From the home screen choose Settings->Wireless-> Choose network.

    Enter the password at the prompt (remembering that it's case sensitive and that you have to capitalise at each letter if necessary).

    If you can't remember the password....

    You'll have to do a hard reset on your router - probably a tiny hole on the back, stick a paperclip in for a few seconds - read your router manual, if you can remember where it is! ;)

    Not necessary, just log into the router and navigate to the wireless settings page.

    not necessary.. look at the sticker on the bottom of the router..

    my guessing is that if the OP doesn't know what a wireless key is, they won't have changed it, and it is printed on the sticker!
