Dubai In November - Anyone help please?

I want to go to Dubai in November, can someone help me find the best deal for my money please? (want to spend no more then £1400 for the whole holiday but if possible I want to get the price much lower)

Place - Dubai Beach (Jumeirah, or somewhere very close to there)
Departure Date - 28th November (willing to consider any dates that are around this time period)
Duration - 7 nights
Board - Half/Full/All Inclusive
People - 2 people

BA have got their flight sale on at the moment so for a direct flight its £320 return for your dates each. There are cheaper flights at £263 each but they involve a stopover. (www.momondo.com) BA also do good deals on hotels in Dubai. They are offering Le Meridien Mina Seyahi for £1326 flights and accomm, and breakfast - which might keep you going till dinnertime, but you will not generally find any half or full board offers at the time of year you are going. Drinks are pretty expensive but you can find reasonably priced food at the malls.
If however, you dont mind staying out of Dubai at the Hilton Ras Al Khaimah, you can do all inclusive for around £1800.
We are staying there in September.
Any further ideas/info please let me know.
