Laminate Flooring

I'm going to be laying laminate flooring at the weekend. However, the room I'm laying it in has patio doors at either end.
How do you "finish" the laying where the laminate meets the strip of wood at the bottom of the patio door?

I had this just inside the front door - the answer is either the edging that some (like QuickStep) sell or as I'm in the process of doing - sourcing a 'brass' plate to cover the edge/gap.There are 10 types of people in the world, those that understand binary and those that don't
In many cases it helps if you say where you are - someone with local knowledge might be able to give local specifics rather than general advice0
