Thought you all might like this. It's all done from start to finish in 35 min add 15 min and it will be gone without a trace
Easiest Sticky choc cake I have ever met
100 g butter
2 eggs
300 ml sugar
2 – 4 tbsp cocoa powder
Melt butter and stir all of above together with a fork or whatever is handy.
150 ml plain flour (I have even used wholemeal flor)
0,5 tsp salt
0,5 tsp vanilla sugar ( can be omitted)
0,5 tsp baking powder
mix dry ingredients then stir it all together so there are no lumps
Pour mixture into buttered and floured cake tin (I use a spring form otherwise the cake is hard to get out or double the mix and cook in a large roasting tin)
Cook in preheated oven 25 min 175C
It will rise then sink, it's supposed to do that and it will be lovely and sticky in the middle when it's done. If you overrcook it it resembles a choc spongecake so you cant go wrong.
Eat as it is or serve with yummy whipped or double cream.
:exclamatiWARNING!:exclamati When you eat this all your problems might evaporate!0 -

Pigpen it's wrong to encourage me to drink neat archers, tut tut, I've actually needed a lot of my meds today so best avoid drinkypoos, it's a waste if you sick it back because the tablets don't mix well with it.
I've wrote the appointments down, then kind of stared at the lack of time left in the week. DP and his hbrother still in the conservatory now giggling over things on the PC, I can hear it restarting lots so it's obviously still playing up, I was cursing him at first thinking I should be in there studying but TBH he's probably done me a favour making me take the night off from it. I'm going to watch the Corrie rerun, sort the dogs out, get PL stuff out, sort uniforms then go to bed. Night night everyone xOne day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
Pigpen - I can babysit, kids don't scare me. Warning you though, I'm not very maternal and can't stand other peoples kids!0

I love deadlines. I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by. Douglas Adams0
