£5 FREE dvd.co.uk voucher

Options
I recently got a newsletter from them via e-mail.

Click this link> http://www.screenselect.co.uk/visitor/sign_up_1.html?promotion_code=dvd21&refer=

It should automatically have the code in the gift code box, if it doesn't enter 'dvd21'.

You have to sign up to screenselect to get the voucher, but you can do so and then simply cancel.

You then get a free £5 dvd.co.uk voucher (no minimum spend) and you can just cancel the dvd rental service before 28 days / after 5 free rentals.

Worked for me and now am the proud owner of Little Britain series 2 for just £7.99 :T

I signed up with them but when it came to putting my card details in I didn't bother but still submitted my other details. About 2 days later I still got the £5.00 voucher, just waiting for Jaws to drop through the letter box now for £6.99 :D .

it wont take the code - it says invalid...wonder if that is because i have cancelled my rental subscription?

One question... is there any way to get 5 rentals out of them without having to get only 1 disc at a time? Surely it's a bit cheeky of them to offer 2 discs buy default, that way anyone who's not paying full attention will get charged when they're not expecting it!

Jaws has just turned up at £6.99, now thats a bargain. Tried to hire a dvd but asks me for my C.card details, so looks like I got the £5.00 voucher for nothing.

I did the same as owey and received my £5.00 voucher yesterday. Ordered a book for my daughter at £5.28 and got a confirmation email advising me 28p would be debited from my account. When I checked my account today however they have taken off £15.98. I never signed up for anything and wonder if anyone knows what I can do? Ive emailed them but so far nothing.:confused::confused:

su - who's taken the £15.98? DVD.co.uk or Screenselect? If you didn't authorise the transaction just report it to your credit card company as a fraudulent transaction.

I got my voucher(s) ok, I just filled in my email address on the first page and hit send. Didn't bother with the name & address part :)

thanks. Screenselect declined me, because I've had a trial before (2 infact hehe), but then 2 days later the voucher still came from dvd.co.uk, and worked, like a dream hehe.

Dvd.co.uk took the money off. After sending 3 emails I phoned them and they said they had only debited the 28p as stated. Have phoned my bank to look into it.

    Doppleganger,

I am right in thinking you mean that you simply completed step one and then didn't bother with anything else but still got the voucher?
