My local Sainsbury just put the prices down yesterday. They were full price on Tuesday though.

I went in this morning and the lady knew nothing of them being reduced.
Think I'll try again in a few days just in case ;)

PS You DO need two pods for a mug of coffee unless you like weak coffee.
Why? I've never had this issue. Is it that you are making coffee by using espresso pods and topping it up with water? In which case I agree that probably two espressos and water would make a stronger coffee. But otherwise, I don't understand. Surely using two standard Kenco coffee pods would just make a coffee that's twice as large, but no stronger.
  • There was some Tassimo discs in Home Bargains for less than £1 yesterday, guess who stocked up with her favourites :)

I won't buy them at full price but get plenty when on offer, I'm the only coffee drinker in the house but both DH & DD drink the teas & hot chocolate from it. I don't find it that expensive at all really.
