I appear to have several version of Microsoft's .NET framework (V1.1, 2, 3 and 3.5).
Can I safely uninstall the old ones (pre 3.5) without causing myself any problems?

I think you need 1.1, 2.0and 3.5.
3.0 is included in 3.5 I'm pretty sure. And you may be able to remove 2.0 (might be included in 3.5 too). Can never remember, I develop with .Net professionally, but just have them all installed."Boonowa tweepi, ha, ha."0
