help needed BT online account

Signed my mother up for online billing, however unlike my own account she cannot see pdf download on her bill,or get into friends and family, spoken to so many people at BT and cannot take another conversation where neither of us understands the other. when i registered her we did not have her first bill id, which according to BT help we needed, could this be the problem, cannot seem to add this ID as an after thought and cannot delete the account to start again..........any BT experts out there who can help..cheers
