Travel Insurance Advice

We're going to Poland soon and need to arrange travel insurance.
I recently spent a week in hospital having tests. Everything was clear and I was diagnosed with severe migraine.
Is this something that I need to declare? Does this mean I'll need to phone and speak to someone or can it still be done online?

You need to look at the policy and see whether they need you to declare it.
Sorry, can't be more helpful but it's the requirements of your policy you need to meet, so I think you need to read the relevant parts and answer all questions honestly.
If in doubt then it's best to declare it.0
