Curtain - Incentive on new property

Options
Is it normal for the curtains to be different in each room? I have three different sets of curtain, and roll down blinds in another room. They say it was interior designer selection, or do you think I've been fobbed off with remains from a clearout or some sort.

I don't think I've every been in a house that had the same curtains in every room, wouldn't you get a bit bored if they were all the same...?

I always thought that the curtains where suppose to match the decor in the room.

As has been said don't think I have ever seen a house with matching curtains through out.
