Five lucky readers can each win £100 of groceries every week at ASDA (£5200 worth in a year),
Three ways to Enter:
1. Text to 61192, start with word NOW, leave a space, followed by your name and address. Example: NOW Paul Jones, 43 London Road, Anywhere
2. Call 0901 292 5278 and follow the instructions
3. Email competition@notw.co.uk with your entry and contact details/
Terms and Conditions
You must be 18 or over. Texts cost £1 plus standard msg rate. Calls cost £1 only from standard BT landline. If you call after the closing date/time, you will not be entered, but you will be charged. The prize draw closes at midnight on July 12, 2008. Winners will be selected at random from all entries received and will be contacted on Monday, July 14, 2008. There are five prizes, each of £100 of groceries a week from ASDA for 52 weeks. Prizes exzpire September 2009. There is no cash alternative. £100 a week spend applies to all food and non alcoholic drink, but is limited to the following amount of alcohol based on governments guidelines for the number of units for two adults - one bottle of wine, half a bottle of spirits and six cans of lager. The prize excludes non food and drink items such as clothing and homeware. This prize draw excludes Republic of Ireland.

I noticed the limit on the booze too! I'm surprised they didn't stipulate you have to buy 'healthy' food too!

Perhaps putting regular grocery amount aside for that year would soften the blow
