Thomson Spirit of Adventure Cruise

Just wondering if anyone has been on this ship before, and what was it like. I will be on it next week.

    Is it this one?

There is a link to a Thomson cruise forum too.

Also have a look on Trip Advisor to see if there are any reviews or info.

I have been on the Thomson Spirit twice. I travelled once in a very basic cabin on the Red Sea Magic cruise and once in a suite - these have been given a lick of paint by Linda Barker.

The ship offers budget crusing at it's best. In terms of modern crusing the ship is rather old, but this means it looks rather elegant and is small, therefore easy to find your way around.

There are two pools at the stern and a really hot jacuzzi tub. As with all budget cruise lines deck space is at a premium so be sure to get up early to get a good spot.

The main restaurant offers silver service meals three times a day or there is a 24hour buffet restaurant overlooking the main pool. If you wish there is a premium restaurant which offers a more intimate experince with the chance to pay extra for steak, lobster etc. I would class the food as good to excellent.

The ship is rather dated in terms of decor but everything is spotless. Thomson ships are operated by Louis and you will alway see some type of cleaning/upkeep going on.

If you need any more information please don't be afraid to ask :)
