2gb sd card-quick question

hi,

i ordered a sandisk 2gb sd card to use primarily in a navigo satnav and they have sent me a 2gb micro card with an adapter instead.

Could someone please tell me if there are any cons to using this instead of the normal sd card

thanks

  • I have used a micro SD card as a normal sozed SD card in the adapter ad not noticed any difference.

I'm not aware of any cons.
  • This should be fine.

If you were to use it for photography it would give you the option of transferring pictures to/from a mobile phone as well.

This puts you in a slightly advantaged position whereby you already have a card that works in standard and micro sd products. Bonus I'd say, although they should get their knuckles rapped if advertised as a standard sd card.
