best place to change $'s into £'s

Hi

anyone got any suggestions? have come back form Holiday with about $150 (I know couldn't believe we didn't spend them) we didn't do the buy back thing with Travelex and if i am honest with 2 kids after that flight i couldn't have been bothered at the airport!

So now I need to chnage the cash back and wondered what MSE's thought would be the best option. Thought it was better to bring them home than just spend for the sake of it

are u likely to go to usa again anytime soon? to be honest I would be inclined to keep them.....who knows what the dollar will do but if you got them at a good rate and are going next year, tuck them in a draw or something...always do this lol, nice to have some extras when you go back

if you aren't able to sell them to family, friends or colleagues take them on holiday with you to the Med. and change them to euros (if you aren't going back to the states)

For that sort of amount, anywhere on your local High Street will be reasonable as these things go (ie still disappointing in relation to what you paid for them). It won't be worth travelling too far to get an extra 50p or £1 which is the sort of difference you will find.

Selling them to friends makes much more sense.
