1) One entry per person

2) To enter the promotion consumers must visit https://www.tigerbeer.co.uk/gqbites
and enter their details. All entries will be entered into a prize draw.

3) Entries will be accepted between 00.01 am on the 1st July 2008 and
11.59pm on the 31st July 2008.

4) There are two prizes on offer:

a) 1 x winning prize of a meal for 2 people at Dim T restaurant
(London) up to the value of £100

b) 1 x runners up prize of a case of Tiger Beer

There is no cash alternative in whole or in part. All eligible entries to be
entered into a free prize draw, with 1 x winner and 1 x runner up to be
picked at random.

5) Eligibility of entry

a) This promotion is open to consumers aged 18 (eighteen) years or over
who are residents of the United Kingdom only, excluding employees of
Tiger Beer UK Ltd, their families, agencies and anyone else
professionally connected with the promotion.

b) Entries via third parties or agents will not be accepted.

6) The winner and runner up will be notified by phone/ writing by 8th August
2008.

7) The prize winner must accept their prize by 15th August 2008. If
acceptance is not received by this date, an alternative winner will be
chosen.

8) The name and county of the winner and runner up will be available on the
Tiger Beer website (https://www.tigerbeer.co.uk/gqbites ) from 18th August 2008

9) The winner may be required to take part in publicity in connection with this
prize draw.

10) Entry into this promotion confirms the entrant's full acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.

11) Tiger Beer is not legally responsible to the fullest extent allowable in law, in
the event of problems, accidents, illness, terrorism, injury or harm sustained
by the winner or any third parties whilst taking their awarded prize.

By entering the promotion, participants release and hold harmless Tiger
Beer, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees,
attorneys, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any
injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or in
connection with the promotion or the enjoyment of any prize.

13) All data will be protected under and only processed in accordance with the
'The Data Protection Act 1998'. No data will be shared with any third parties.
Only data of entrants who opt in will receive further communications from
Tiger Beer.

14) Tiger Beer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any
time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
