Hi I am not in the slightest bit technical so this is probably a daft question.I went away fro a week and shut of my computer at the plug completely .I booted it up when i came home and I keep getting the same ten or twelve emails copied over aand over again every time I switch on.I keep deleting them and five minutes later they are back I have tried blocking them and it doedn't seem to make a lot of difference Help

Sounds like the server the emails are on has some corruption.
Does your ISP if ISP email or domain host if domain email have webmail access?
If so, you should be able to log on that way and try and delete them from there, might have to make a few attempts.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc...
