bascially i asked a while back
my mate needs to move away from his current H.A
his best option is shared ownership but he has grown tired of the huige waiting list....
should he just buy a house (or a flat?) on the open market and rent it out
which ideally means he wil be earnign some form of money to invest in a property of his own...
