Electrical Goods - Best Discount for Multiple Purchases?

We need to buy a few TVs, washing machine and a couple of other electrical items. Does anyone know of somewhere where we can buy everything we need under one roof (like Curry's, Comet etc) and receive a discount on doing so?

  • Why not visit a local independent store and ask them. For a large order they may offer you a good discount.

Kitchen Science do discount for multiple purchases for kitchen appliances. I don't know what your local stores are like but mine are pretty stingy esp. Currys and Comet and don't seem to care about giving you a good deal. I would love to see that bald fella from the BBC that you see in the mornings having a go at haggling in them! You might have more joy at a local independent. There are plenty of deals around on TV's though, the retailers aren't making that much on them. If you look around you can get free 5yr warranties from Panasonic stores, JL etc. (JL will price match online if you're in England but not in Scotland).

    Don't forget quidco too.
  • Kitchen Science are part of Comet - ordered from the before and got a very good price. They beat every other supplier when using their price match.

I ordered a fridge/freezer for my parents from Kitchen Science. It was the cheapest by far. I also found a 5% discount code online for the site.
  • I always try to blag some discount.. you'll at most get 5-10% off though.

Go somewhere big, ideally with some competitor stores nearby and try your luck. You can always walk out
