A CHORUS LINE also directed by Dickie Sunday 16th
I was just coming to post the same
CHAPLIN (1992) >>> http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0103939/
Chaplin starring Robert Downey Jr, Anthony Hopkins and Marisa Tomei.
From legendary director Richard Attenborough comes the epic story of a true cinematic icon, Charlie Chaplin.
In this award-winning masterpiece we follow Chaplin’s increasingly complicated life from a poverty stricken music hall entertainer in England to eventual triumph in America. But although Chaplin was able to reflect wondrous, magical humour in his work, his private life was afflicted with infamy, sadness and a growing sense of loss.
Chaplin’s complex and dramatic career is lovingly brought to life by a stunning array of Hollywood talent.
The cast includes unforgettable performances from Robert Downey Jr, Anthony Hopkins, Kevin Kline, Dan Aykroyd, Penelope Ann Miller, Marisa Tomei and Geraldine Chaplin as her own grandmother.
Chaplin also includes a soul-stirring film score from celebrated composer John Barry.
A CHORUS LINE >>> http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088915/
A Chorus Line starring Michael Douglas.
Under the stark white lights of an empty Broadway theatre, a stream of hopefuls audition before Zach, the harsh and critical director of a new musical. There is tension in the air as 16 are singled out for further auditioning.
Cassie is an unexpected latecomer - a beautiful and talented former star, who has returned to ask Zach, who used to be her lover, for a job. Passions run high, but he allows her to audition. Over the course of the day the dancers, all desperate for the job, reveal more and more about themselves to the ever watchful director, as he searches for his chosen chorus line.
Starring Michael Douglas, and directed by Richard Attenborough, A Chorus Line is based on the hugely successful and award-winning Broadway musical of the same name.

Enjoy 70 years of footballing history with a free official FIFA World Cup DVD available exclusively to readers of the Telegraph every day from Saturday, June 5, 2010.
Each film explores the best moments of the great game from Uruguay in 1930 through to Germany in 2006 and are the official DVDs released by FIFA.
Beside the main film of each DVD, FIFA has added some extras, such as top goals and statistics to make every film a superb show. Also, enjoy biographies from stars such as Maradona, Pele, Zidane, Ronaldo and many more.
FIFA World Cup DVD free inside Saturday, June 5: Germany 2006 and Korea/Japan 2002
Germany 2006
Follow the official documentary which covers the 2006 FIFA World Cup staged in Germany. This still stands as one of the most watched events in television history, garnering over 26 billion viewers over the course of the tournament.
It covers Italy's fourth world crown, when they beat France on penalties in Berlin. If Zinedine Zidane's red card was the final's defining image, Italy's triumph would be remembered as a team effort with ten different 'Arzzuri' players finding the net.
Bonus biographies: FIFA World Cup legends Pele and Maradona.
Korea/Japan 2002
The 2002 FIFA World Cup was first tournament in its history to be hosted by two countries. It was also the first World Cup held in Asia and was also the last wherein the Golden Goal rule was implemented.
Brazil won the tournament for a record fifth time, beating Germany two-nil in the final.
Fifa World Cup DVD free inside Sunday, June 6: France 1998 and USA 1994
France 1998
The French team – on home soil – was always going to be in contention for the title of World Champion. It did not disappoint its expectant fans. France '98 was not short on drama and controversy, in equal measure and this is captured most effectively in this unique film record.
The film was shot on super 16mm film and included the most complete and extensive coverage ever, with each match being filmed from more angles than any previous film.
USA 1994
The 15th staging of the FIFA World Cup, was held in the United States. Brazil became the first nation to win four World Cup titles when they beat Italy three-two in a penalty shoot-out after the game ended 0-0 after extra-time, the first World Cup final to be decided on penalties.
Average attendance was nearly 69,000, which broke records that had stood since 1950, due to the bigger capacities of the American stadiums compared to those of Europe and Latin America. The total attendance for the final tournament of nearly 3.6 million remains the highest in World Cup history. It was also the highest-attended single sport event in US history.
On Monday, June 7, pick up your free FIFA World Cup DVD: Italy 1990 and Mexico 1986 at WH Smith and Ladbrokes
Italy 1990
The 1990 FIFA World Cup, was Germany's come-back. The 14th staging of the FIFA World Cup, was held in Italy, the second country to host the event twice. It was won by West Germany, who beat Argentina 1–0 in the final to win the World Cup for the third time.
Widely regarded as one of the most frustrating World Cups ever, most teams relied heavily on defensive play and hard tackling, as well as aggressive intimidation of the referee. In the knockout stage, many teams would "play it safe" for 120 minutes and try their luck in the penalty shoot-out, rather than play the high-risk game.
Mexico 1986
Mexico had just recovered from a devastating earthquake when it stepped in to host the 1986 FIFA World Cup after Columbia had to pull out due to internal conflict. An epic quarter final with England was graced with the greatest FIFA World Cup goal ever from Maradona, not to mention the most controversial goal as well.
France and West Germany staged another epic semi-final re-run of 1982, with the Germans perhaps leaving their best performance a round too early. Maradona's Argentina were waiting for them in the final. . .
On Tuesday, June 8, pick up your free FIFA World Cup DVD: Spain 1982 and Argentina 1978
Spain 1982
The tournament was won by Italy, after beating West Germany 3-1, in the final. Italy equalled Brazil's record of winning the FIFA World Cup three times.
For the first time tournament featured 24 teams, eight more than in the previous tournament in 1978. Italy's Paolo Rossi won both the Golden Boot as the tournament's top goal-scorer, and the Golden Ball as the tournament's best player, handed out for the very first time.
Argentina 1978
This win was the first FIFA World Cup title for Argentina who became the fifth to be both hosts and world champions. The final, Argentina vs Netherlands, was also controversial, as the Dutch accused the Argentines of using stalling tactics to delay the match.
The host team came out late and questioned the legality of a plaster cast on Ren! van de Kerkhof's wrist, which the Dutch claimed allowed tension to build in front of a hostile Buenos Aires crowd. Mario Kempes opened the scoring for the hosts before !!!!!! Nanninga equalized a few minutes from the end.
On Wednesday, June 9, pick up your free FIFA World Cup DVD: West Germany 1974 and Mexico 1970
West Germany 1974
The tournament marked the first time that the current trophy, the FIFA World Cup Trophy, created by the Italian sculptor Silvio Gazzaniga, was awarded. The host nation won the title beating the Netherlands in the final, 2-1.
The victory was the second for West Germany, who had won in 1954. This is the only case of the reigning European champions winning the World Cup.
Mexico 1970
In a match-up of two-time World Cup champions, the final was won by Brazil, who beat Italy 4–1. With their third World Cup triumph, Brazil were allowed to keep the Jules Rimet Trophy permanently. The Brazilian team, featuring the likes of Pel! (who was in his fourth and final Fifa World Cup), is usually regarded as the greatest attacking World Cup team ever. They won all of their six games on the way to the title, and had also won all of their six qualifying games on their way to Mexico.
This tournament saw the return of free-flowing, attacking play after the physical battles of 1962 and 1966, and is still considered by many fans to be the finest World Cup in history.
On Thursday, June 10, pick up your free FIFA World Cup DVD: England 1966 and Chile 1962
England 1966
England were chosen as the host by FIFA in August 1960 to celebrate the centenary of the standardisation of football. With fantastic performances from Sir Geoff Hurst and Martin Peters, England won the final, beating West Germany 4-2. This was England's first and, to date, only World Cup win, making them the first host to win the tournament since Italy in 1934.
Chile 1962
The 1962 FIFA World Cup, the seventh staging of the World Cup, was held in Chile from 30 May to 17 June. Chile was chosen as host by FIFA in June 1956, as the World Cup returned to the continent of South America after 12 years. It was won by Brazil, who retained the championship by beating Czechoslovakia 3–1 in the final.
On Friday, June 11, pick up your free FIFA World Cup DVD: Sweden 1958 and Switzerland 1954
Sweden 1958
The 1958 FIFA World Cup DVD marked the debut on the world stage of a precocious 17-year-old known as Pel!. The final was played in Solna, in the Råsunda Stadium, as 50,000 people watched in amazement as the Brazilians went a goal down after four minutes and then came back with a vengeance.
Switzerland 1954
The 1954 FIFA World Cup, the fifth staging of the World Cup, was held in Switzerland from 16 June to 4 July. As the year saw the 50th anniversary of FIFA, it was appropriate for football's premier competition to be played in the home of its governing body. The tournament was won by West Germany, who defeated Hungary in the final, giving them their first title. For the first time there was television coverage which is available on this official DVD collection exclusively to Telegraph readers.
Bonus biographies: David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo
From Monday June 7, send off for your full eight-DVD set with Special Bonus DVD which includes four tournaments spanning 1930-1950. The full collection documents the FIFA World Cup tournament from its birth to this day, and can be yours for only £19.99. See The Daily Telegraph for details.
Special Bonus DVD includes:
Brazil 1950
The host country's determination to put on a show meant that they built the world's biggest football stadium – yet their dream of winning on their home turf was shattered.
France 1938
Italy made history by capturing a second successive title with a rebuilt team.
Italy 1934
Italy delighted their passionate home support by coming from behind to beat Czechoslovakia in the first European cup played on European soil.
Uruguay 1930
President Jules Rimet's dream was realised as Uruguay hosted the inaugural FIFA World Cup in its centenary year. Only four European teams made the long sea journey and the final was a South American affair with Uruguay beating neighbours Argentina.0
