HELP! UK holiday caravan or chalet needed!

Hi

We're looking for a cheap break in a caravan or chalet but don't need all the facilities of a Haven or Butlins type place as we don't have kids, so hope to save money by booking a holiday in a less feature-packed environment!

We don't even need a large-berth caravan or chalet as there are only two of us. We've got transport, so we don't necessarily need to be too close to a resort.

We're after up to 7 nts south coast or east coast, depart before the end of July. Ideally, we'd like places less family-orientated, not that we're against families with kids lol!

Are there any independent people out there who hire out caravans or chalets? Tried Ebay but these are all usually Haven type sites. We're particularly interested in off-the-beaten-track and secluded areas.

We are after any reccommendations by you knowledgeable bunch, preferably from experience of any accommodation you may have stayed at in the past.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
