Fridge showing high temperature !

Hi I need a bit of advice.
The LCD temperature display on my Hotpoint Mistral Plus FF80 fridge freezer is showing 23 degrees instead of the normal 2 degrees. The bottom freezer section looks ok but the fridge is definitely not cold.
I have removed the back and vacuumed any dust that has built up but it hasnt made any difference.
Any advice please?
