Terms and Conditions

1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of Unilever UK Limited, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
2. To enter, go online at www.pgtips.co.uk/greentea and follow the instructions. Internet access is required.
3. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted.
4. Closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 (BST) on Tuesday 30th September 2008.
5. Prize Draw limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
6. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.
7. The first 5 entries drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date will win two vouchers for a Spa Day at one of the following prestigious venues: Champneys Hertfordshire; Champneys Hampshire; Champneys Bedfordshire; or Champneys Leicestershire. The Spa Day vouchers will be for the winner and one guest aged 18 or over. The Spa Day voucher entitles the winner and guest to a facial, a massage, luxury manicure or pedicure, use of tennis courts, gym and bicycles as well as relaxation and exercise classes and a buffet lunch.
8. The Spa Day winner will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to the spa venue. The Promoter will contribute £100 (£50 per person) towards travel costs via a cheque to be sent to the winner accompanying the Spa Day vouchers.
9. The next 100 entries drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date will win an Enlightenment Kit. This kit will consist of a mug, a pair of slippers, a 40s box of PG tips Green tea Lemon, an eye mask and a toilet bag. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative.
10. All prizes will be sent to the winners within 28 days of the closing date.
11. The winners' details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to "PG tips Green tea Prize Draw Winners, AKQA, 1 St John's Lane, London EC1M 4BL" within seven weeks of the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.
12. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the Prize Draw.
13. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Prize Draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
