Cleared my debts and have this left.
I may need to get hold of it and I want to manage it online.
Is First Direct ISA my best option?

"5.37% tax free, equivalent to 5.50% AER (fixed) until 15 February 2006
and then
3.93% tax free, equivalent to 4.00% AER (variable) thereafter"

4.00% from next February is a terrible rate. Halifax, BoS, & B&B top the best-buy tables at the moment. If you want a "recommendation" - I'd open a Halifax ISA Direct.
