Outlook Name Setting Query

Hi,

Here's hoping someone can help.

When I save a contact - eg Gordon Brown.

He saves as : Brown, Gordon

How do I change all my contacts at once so the first name is shown 1st?

I can see I can do this individually, but do not really want to go through 500 contacts and amend them if I can do it globally.

It looks to refer to Outlook Express and not Outlook.
