Credit check ???

I had a check done through checkmyfile (I know it's more expensive than the free route, but I just thought it would be easier). Anyway. All the credit account searches for Equifax do not give details of the bank/financier names, they just say things like 'Credit card, finance house or bank' and it says there is still one open at a previous address. So how do I find out what company it is with???
Second question. Under 'search information' It says that there were recent searches at my previous address and there is also 'audit footprints' on an address I havnt lived at in 8 years. Is this just relative to some applications at my current address or does it mean people are applying at these addresses as me?
Thansk in advance, there doesnt seem to be many help areas at checkmyfile, I suppose I could be missing it?
