    Win a Voiceover Competition
    1. This competition is promoted by Tesco PLC, New Tesco House, Delamare Road, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, England EN8 9SL ("Promoter").
    2. By entering into this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any specific rules notified to entrants (together the "Rules").
    3. The prize shall be the opportunity to win a voice-over role in a future DreamWorks Animation ("DWA") project ("Prize"). The Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and there are no cash alternatives. The Prize is subject to availability.
    4. The closing date for entries to this competition is 22nd July 2008
    5. Entrants must be aged between 10 and 16 years of age may enter, and all entrants must obtain prior permission from their parent or guardian. Proof of such permission must be provided to the Promoter on request.
    6. Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of the Promoter, Paramount Pictures International Limited ("PPI"), DWA, their immediate family members or anyone connected with the competition will not be eligible to enter.
    7. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per household.
    8. Incorrect, incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, undelivered, delayed, damaged or mislaid entries. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify any entry which is not in accordance with the Rules.
    9. Additional eligibility requirements may apply.
    10. All correct answers will be placed in prize draws, which will take place on 31st July 2008. The winner will be notified by email. The decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into by the Promoter to that decision.
    11. The winner must respond by phone or email by 11th August to validate their Prize or an alternative winner will be selected.
    12. The winner may need a valid child licence from their local education authority before being able to receive their Prize. The Promoter will provide the winner with details on applying for a child licence. It is the winner’s parent’s/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that the paperwork and supporting documentation for applying for a child licence is with their local education authority on time to produce the licence.
    13. The winner must sign PPI’s standard assignment of rights and may be requested to take pat in post-event promotional activity.
    14. The winner’s name can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address above.
    15. Subject to Clause 14 above, any personal data relating to entrants will be used in accordance with UK data protection legislation and, will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent, save that winners hereby consent to the personal data they provide on the entry form being forwarded to PPI and/or DWA for the purposes of this competition and the fulfilment of the Prize.
    16. All taxes, insurances, transfers and other expenses (e.g. meals or personal expenses) shall be the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
    17. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, PPI, DWA and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates (and each of their respective owners, officers, directors, employees and agents) accept no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or relating to any entrant entering this competition or the acceptance and use of any prize awarded. Nothing in the Rules shall exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
    18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend the Rules at any time without prior notice. Any amendment to the Rules will be posted on this website.
    19. This competition and the Rules are governed by the laws or England and Wales.

    Basically if a child performs they need a licence to do so.
