Not sure if its a Royal mail thread but...

I brought some first class stamps yesterday, I licked them and they tasted funny.

I then realised that it was a stick on ones.

Now, Royal Mail have failed in their duty to inform me of this, I hated the taste....who should I email to ask for my compensation ?

Should I write to Bono too?

Never mind what happened, imagine what COULD HAVE happened. Imagine if an elderly person had done this, and the stamp had become permanently attached. The distress caused would have been immense. Have Trading Standards, Watchdog, the Exeter Courier and Hedge Trimming Monthly been informed?

Also, did you not take the stamps back to the post office, involving a 67 mile round trip (which the post office should pay for)?

And is there any way at all that this can be blamed on Sir Terry Leahy?
