Must admit I am beginning to get disheartened with their system of awarding stars. There is no clear guidance as to when each star is awarded, it seems they can award stars at will!
I agree. I'm quite tempted to send them a very polite email asking if they could clarify in their T&C's, even if that clarification is only a rough guide with a "going up a star is at STP's discretion subject to review quality" or something.
My accuracy seems to be a largely moveable feast as well. I plummeted about 7% in a day (largely because I refuse to rate anything glorifying guns, gangs and drugs higher than zero, I think), but then gained back 9% after reviewing two tracks following a break of a few days. Huh?
Oh well. It's never going to make me rich, but it's something to idly pass the time whilst doing other necessary things on t'intarwebs.£5 a day in December £179.59/£155£100 on STP by 31 January 09 £2.03/£1000 -

Been there, done that twice!!!Apparently I leave constructive reviews, have reviewed a large number of tracks and have a very good accuracy so it shouldn't be long before I get my fourth star!! As far as they are concerned I am doing everything right and should get there soon!!
Am now on 3700 tracks with an accuracy of 90.23% and write 5-6 lines!I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

I won't bother if that's the case - unless a few more emails of that ilk might get them to whirr the cogs round and realise that it's a bit demoralising and people might disappear (or perhaps that's the idea...?).
Off to build a nice brick wall to bash my head against. Want to borrow?£5 a day in December £179.59/£155£100 on STP by 31 January 09 £2.03/£1000 -

I joined slice the pie last month, got bored and ignored it for ages. Now I've decided to really go for it (graduate this month so am looking for a job, have lots of time and not much money). I got my second star at 52 reviews and really want the third one soon. I know the post above says you need about 250 reviews (am on 155 tracks reviewed with 90.27% accuracy), so I was wondering what is the earliest someone has got their third star? Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470

Hi Nichelette, I'm still on 2 stars and on over 600 tracks now but my accuracy is 86.7% but even on 2 stars I think your target of £50 by 18th July is achievable, if you can cope with all the !!!!!! on STP at the moment!!Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00

It kinda sucks about the star rating, we waited till over 200 songs till we got our 2nd star, we have 320 at the mo, and an average of 92.66%, will the 3rd be as alusive as the 2nd?0

3 songs done, average of 4.7 rating so far....

Thanks millie, there is a LOT of rubbish on there, but it's so much easier when you get the good ones. I started off with some good ones today but it has gone downhill quite rapidly. Will keep fingers crossed it doesn't take forever, my accuracy has increased a bit more and my reviews are a reasonable length so here's to hoping...Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470
