help black leaves on peppers and aurbergines

hi can any one help i have a new polly tunnel to grow veg in grown some peppers from seeds all looked well planted in polly tunnel along with aubergines that i had brought , noticed a few weeks later that they had green fly sprayed with washing up liquid but all the leaves have gone black. the aubergine has totally died and the pepper plants have dropped the flowers and look terrible was it the washing up liquid i used fairy or could it be something else.. thanks a lot
