I tried a small peice off mine but couldn't manage to eat it, far too hot for me.
Gave the rest to hubby who ate the lot, must have a cast iron stomach ;DPenny Pinching Pauline0 -
;D LMAO ;D
It's right that yoghurt is great for curries, as is bread. Drinking (even lager!) only excites the tastebuds.Nuts just take up space where chocolate ought to be.0 -
Mine arrived the morning after a major drinking expedition. Sorted me out just fine.more dollar$ than sense0

Ive never tried the milk so I will give it a try.
I was once invited for a curry by a crowd of Asian chaps who were in a neighbouring caravan on holiday a few years ago.
As I found out almost immediatly this curry was extremely hot (Still ate it though). Upon my initial running round the camp site trying to catch my breath, one of the chaps gave me a teaspoon of sugar. It was an almost immediate relief.
Its obviously not much good for your teeth, but I certainly do recommend it. Sweet drinks do quite a reasonable job too.

Didn't think the Perperami was very hot, I'd even go so far as to say I was disappointed with the lack of fire in the stick.
My tip for spicy food: always order steamed/boiled rice with anything spicy - holding some in your mouth takes away the burning sensation. Probably does the same as the warm water tip 2 up...0 -
my ma always tells me *who isn't very good at hot food* not to drink even water as this washes off the protective layer that will have formed...?? dunno if it's true but she never has any probs.....we just have one of those chilled cucumber and yogurt salads on standby... ;DOnce the realization is accepted that even between the closest human beings infinite distances continue, a wonderful living side by side can grow, if they succeed in loving the distance between them which makes it possible for each to see the other whole against the sky.0
