iPod Video announced!!!

Apple have just announced an iPod that can play videos (5th gen). As a result the 4th gen will probably go down in price. Best holding on a bit if your after a 4th gen for the prices to come down in the stores.

They announced the nano a few weeks ago. The video one was only announced today. Ready to ship in 5-7 days on the apple site.

hmmm £219 for the 30gb or £299 for the 60 gb....... a touch steep for me
  • Guys..

    You can get one here

    http://www.hightechauction.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=922

I have never ordered from them before- has anyone else? They are also doing a fab deal on the Ipod 60GB photo £234.75 inc postage.

HOWEVER you may run the risk of having to pay duty and VAT upon its arrival in the UK. They assure me that they mark all items as 'gifts' or 'unsolicited gift' to help it on its way. Either way, they dont refund VAT costs.
    :hello: Easy come easy go

You gotta believe me that Apple had not announced a video iPod before today. :) There were always rumors about one but these have been about since the 2nd gen one. Does the phrase "one more thing" mean anything to you?

Anyway gonna have to see how well it works before I even think about buying one.

I've just bought a new 60GB black iPod. Not bothered about discounts as it's for work use and I'm not paying - it's for demos, display etc.

I'll stick to the nano for myself :)

Beninio88 is correct BTW, it was officially announced today but rumours have been around since the 1970's :D
