Help needed for last minute August booking, time is running out

Need some help finding a last min deal.
I have been trying all the usual places (Last Minuet, Travelzoo etc.) just cant find anything within my suitably tight budget.
2nd August - 16th
3 Adults 1 child (12 years old).
I have £1200 to spend, could stretch to more for the right deal. Would prefer two weeks if possible on my budget but will take anything at the moment.
Would consider anywhere preferably hot.
Can anyone help?

Are they the only dates you can do or have you some flexability?

Should of mentioned that I can fly from any London.
Dates are fixed to those two weeks.

Salou holidays are reasonable at the moment because of cheap Ryanair flights.

www.ryanair.com Stansted to Barcelona Reus 2nd Aug return 16 August flights £283.56 (bags extra). www.thomson.co.uk albatros apartments in salou £802. Transfers via airport bus that meets all flights and drops and picks up from hotel (pay on bus) £38 approx. About £25 in a taxi each way from the airport. £1123 (bags extra). You could do searches on alpharooms and travelrepublic for alternative accomodation in salou (make sure it is not cambrilis or cap salou etc as further away from resort activities-unless you want it a lot quieter)

Salou has a beach, shops, bars , places to eat. It has the Portaventura theme (rides, shows etc) and water parks (you can currently get 7 days for 3 theme park offer on the uk offical site) and a fast train to Barcelona if you want to do trips to football stadium etc.

Teletext are advertising hols at £370pp, not sure how much that would total though. Its a shame your dates are fixed as going on a weekend seems to be lot dearer - you could consider a week away so then you can go/come back midweek, teletext are bringing up some Greek Islands for £270pp for a week 6-13 Aug.
