Family holiday - October - All Inclusive - Where?

We're looking to go on a family holiday in October (last 2 weeks) but not yet decided where to go.
Turkey is a strong contender as we want somewhere warm and sunny but none of us have ever been there before so would welcome recommendations of resorts/hotels.
We are looking for all inclusive to make life easier and will be a mixed party of adults, teens and toddler (18mths) so would prefer a family orientated resort with a bit of culture and moderate nightlife (not the Ibizas and Magalufs
)
Open to all suggestions, have moderate budget so nothing too flash, but don't want bargain basement either
